Meet our Psychiatric Director
Celeste serves as the co-founder of Building Hope Enterprises, specializing in Mental Health and Suicide Prevention Outreach for New Orleans and the surrounding areas of Louisiana and Texas youths and young adults. Celeste is board certified and licensed as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in Louisiana and Texas focusing on Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, PTSD, and Autism Spectrum Disorder diagnoses. Celeste has 30+ years of nursing professional experience with Psychiatric Mental Health Across the Lifespan, Community Mental Health Outreach, Psychiatric Utilization Management, Orthopedic Surgical Postop, Intensive Care Unit, Neuro Critical Care., Cardiology, Med-Surg, and Wound
